Accessibility, Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity
The Accessibility, Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (ACE) teams provides fair and unbiased support to riders, customers and employees. We help individuals navigate concerns related to ADA, access, discrimination and Title VI, promoting a safe and inclusive Metro.
ADA and Universal Access Program
The ADA and Universal Access Program helps ensure Metro’s transit services are accessible and welcoming for everyone. The program supports riders and customers who need accommodations, have ADA-related concerns, or face barriers while using our transit system.
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office helps create a respectful and inclusive workplace. The team listens to concerns, reviews Metro’s employment practices and works with others across Metro to prevent discrimination and support equity for everyone.
Metro's Title VI program
Metro's Title VI program helps ensure every rider is treated with dignity and has safe, fair access to transit. We help community members understand their rights and offer a clear, supportive process for sharing concerns if they believe they have experienced discrimination.
