Motor Pool Dispatch
Fleet Services provides vehicles for all county employees to use for business purposes. Motor Pool Dispatch (MPD) vehicles are managed and dispatched centrally to ensure access, availability, and optimal utilization of the fleet.
Fleet Services recently completed updates to the MPD reservation technology. The previous vehicle reservation system, INVERS, has been retired, and all active INVERS users have been transitioned to the new WeGo reservation and access system. Please note if you have not used a MPD vehicle since October 2023, you will need to follow the new user instructions to register and create an account.
Current WeGo Users: Reserve a vehicle today! You may access the reservation system through the application on your mobile device.
New Users: To access the new system, registration and training are required. On-demand training is available via NeoGov.
Sign up today: King County Motor Pool Dispatch - WeGo Registration Form
Once you complete the registration form, you'll receive an email with a link to the required NeoGov training. Upon training completion, you'll receive instructions and gain access to:
- View available vehicles
- Make a reservation
- Change a reservation
- Cancel a reservation
- Find information about the county's fleet of motor pool vehicles
If you need assistance with WeGo or have questions about the motor pool program, please contact Fleet Services at 206-477-3880 or MotorPool.Dispatch@kingcounty.gov.
Agencies using INVERS (Metro Transit and DCHS)
For agencies using INVERS for key management in their agency pooled vehicles, this site will remain available as your team works to transition your processes. For Metro Transit, please contact Tom Personius and for DCHS, please contact Edward Wilson or Brialle Engelhart for more information.
The INVERS key boxes in Goat Hill Garage and King Street Center for general Motor Pool use will be decommissioned and removed in early 2025.
