Cody Eccles manages Councilmember Dunn’s office, staff, and policy development. He has many years of experience in public policy, including in his most recent role as the Director of Government Relations and Business Affairs with the Council of Presidents. Previously, Cody worked at the Washington State Senate, where he advised legislators on issues relating to higher education, government operations, human services, and capital budgeting. Cody is an attorney who received his J.D. from Seattle University and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Washington. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of Washington Milgard School of Business where he graduated with honors.

Heather Wilson serves as a Legislative Aide to Councilmember Reagan Dun, leveraging over a decade of policy experience at the local government level. She spent eight years as a Senior Policy Aide for the largest Northern California county, where her work focused on health and hospital systems, supportive housing, social services for vulnerable populations, and COVID-19 emergency response. Heather has also worked in youth health and wellness programming and has deep experience navigating cross-sector collaborations, budget processes, and interagency initiatives. She holds an MPA from the University of New Mexico and a BA from Pitzer College. When she’s not playing with her nieces and nephews, you’ll find her exploring a regional trail on horseback, paddle boarding, volunteering, or enjoying her fluffy rescue rabbits!

Rebecca serves as the first point of contact for Councilmember Dunn’s office, supporting community relations and managing Councilmember Dunn’s scheduling needs. A native of Seattle, Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in customer service and business operations. Her commitment to responsive service and operational excellence reflects a career-long dedication to making systems work better—for both the people they serve and the teams who support them.
