The Harborview Construction and Infrastructure Division (HCID) is a division within the Department of Executive Services (DES). HCID was split off from the Facilities Management Division (FMD) in January 2026. HCID publishes regular dashboards to share progress. In addition, the County Executive provides regular reports to the County Council on the status of the program, as does HCID. For additional reports, search for "Harborview Bond Program" on Legistar.
