Architectural and Engineering Consultant Roster

King County may use the Consultant Roster for architectural, engineering, or professional services projects with an estimated cost of $1,000,000 or less. Projects solicited via the Consultant Roster are not advertised in the newspaper. King County invites at least two "Certified Firms" to submit a proposal for a roster project. "Certified Firms" refers to King County certified Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) firms, and Public Works Small Business Enterprises (PSWBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) certified by the Office of Minority & Women Business Enterprises (OMWBE).

Small Works Roster (construction)

These construction projects are valued at $350,000 or less and are not publicly advertised. Usually, five or more contractors from the Small Works Roster are invited to bid. Contractors are rotated on the list to ensure equal opportunity to bid.
