Libby Hollingshead

Libby is responsible for managing the District 3 team and staffing Councilmember Perry on key priority areas.

Libby brings nearly a decade of policy, advocacy and team management experience to District 3. Libby got her start in public service as Legislative Assistant for Cyrus Habib, serving East King County’s 48th Legislative District. Most recently, she served Chief of Staff to Habib in the Office of Lieutenant Governor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary environmental studies from the University of Washington. In her free time, Libby enjoys working on her vegetable garden, cooking, and trying new restaurants


Robby Paige

Robby supports the Chief of Staff in managing the District 3 team and manages Councilmember Perry’s policy portfolio and key priority areas, including transportation, land use, environmental protection, and housing.

Robby has a background in tech, working as product manager for a government tech company, which first gave him the opportunity to work closely with federal agencies and local governments, and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in public service. Robby is a graduate of New York University and enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants with his friends.

Isabel manages Councilmember Perry’s external communications and community engagement, distributing information to residents, non-profits, and businesses on everything from flood updates to grant resources to fun happenings in our community.

Isabel studied Journalism & Public Interest Communication and Political Science at the University of Washington. Before coming to the county, they worked as a senior research associate and communications manager for the University of Washington’s Racial Restrictive Covenants Project and as a multimedia journalist intern for KNKX Public Radio. They enjoy music, dance, and haunting coffee shops across King County.


Erik Thurston

Erik is the first touch for constituents looking to connect with Councilmember Perry and King County, managing District 3 email and phone communications and providing information and support to residents in accessing county resources.

Erik has a background in administrative support and customer service which he developed in previous roles with the United States Senate, King County Elections, and Buckingham Palace as a tour guide one summer after college. He spends his free time cooking and playing board games, as well as performing as the bass trombonist for a variety of local music groups.


Kamil Zaidi

Kamil supports the Communications and Community Engagement Manager in the District 3 team’s external communications and community engagement.

Kamil is currently studying Political Science with double minors in Marketing and Business Administration at Seattle University. He’s worked a variety of roles in both the public and private sector, including positions as a multimedia journalist and as a community partnerships coordinator for a local Eastside small business. He likes to spend his free time reading, swimming, and hanging out with friends.


Tabatha Foxwell

Tabatha supports the Chief of Staff, and other staff members as needed, in the daily functions and operations of the District 3 team.

Tabatha studied Political Science and Environmental Studies at the University of Vermont. There, she spent two sessions working with the Vermont State Legislature, as well as an Electoral Intern for Run on Climate. In her free time, she loves kayaking, skiing, and enjoying the great outdoors, but loves to be inside with a good book as well.
