Airport Roundtable Advisory Committee

The Airport Roundtable is an advisory committee that makes recommendations to the airport's administrators, the King County Executive, and the King County Council. Its membership includes representatives of aviation-related businesses and communities interested in airport issues.

The Roundtable meets on the second Monday of each month, usually from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held in person at the airport terminal as well as virtually on Zoom.

Public Comment

Public comment about airport-related issues is welcomed at Roundtable meetings. There are two ways to share your feedback:

  1. During the meeting. A public comment period is included on the agenda each month. You may provide comment in person or virtually on Zoom. If you will be providing comment on Zoom, instructions on how to indicate your interest in speaking will be provided during the meeting.
  2. By email. You can email your comment(s) to KCIACommunityOutreach@kingcounty.gov for inclusion in the meeting packet distributed to Roundtable members and Airport staff. Your comment must be received by 8 a.m. seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting to be included in the packet. Otherwise, your comment will be held and put in the packet for the next meeting.

Airport Roundtable seeks applicants

The King County International Airport Roundtable Advisory Committee is currently recruiting to fill the following positions:

  • a representative from communities directly affected by the airport - South Park
  • a representative from any community in King County - At-Large

If you meet the residency requirements and are interested in serving on the King County International Airport Roundtable, please submit a completed application and 2025 Financial Disclosure Form. Return completed forms to KCIACommunityOutreach@kingcounty.gov.
