License to Paw-ty!

Keep the good times going by licensing your pet with King County. All dogs and cats in the RASKC service area are required to have a license. Your license fees help fund the critical services we provide including pet adoptions, investigations of animal cruelty and neglect, and caring for animals while they wait for their "fur-ever" homes.

Visit our Pet Licensing page to get your license to paw-ty!

No adoption fee on April 30 - Adopt a Shelter Pet Day

We're celebrating Adopt a Shelter Pet Day by waiving the adoption fee on all pets for one day only, April 30. Adopting a pet from RASKC is always a great value, but during this special one-day promotion it's an even better deal! Stop by the Pet Adoption Center from noon to 5 p.m. to meet your new furry friend!

(Note that a pet license fee may still apply for dogs and cats.)
