Airport Air Quality and Asthma Community Health Worker Program

Request for Proposals # 2026CDIP1002RFP

Due date and contact information

Summary and download

The primary goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek eligible organizations willing to collaborate with Public Health - Seattle & King County (PHSKC) in addressing asthma disparities and improving asthma outcomes for communities within a ten-mile radius of SeaTac airport. PHSKC aims to achieve this objective by fostering community partnerships and building community capacity through investments, support, and strategic partnerships with community health worker programs in the region. Through this RFP, we aim to identify proposals that will facilitate the expansion of the King County Community Health Worker Asthma Program to serve the communities surrounding the airport, with a focus on children ages six to twelve.
