KCSO Southwest Precinct 4 - Burien and SeaTac
Precinct 4 has two main offices located in the contract cities of Burien and SeaTac. The SeaTac Precinct Commander, SeaTac Police Department and staff are located at SeaTac City Hall. The Burien Police Department, King County Sheriff's Office commissioned personnel and staff are located at the Burien Station.
Precinct 4 provides services at four community storefronts: Vashon, West Hill (Skyway), White Center and Greenbridge (formerly Park Lake Homes). The Greenbridge storefront is staffed by a King County Sheriff's Office deputy under contract with the King County Housing Authority. The storefronts may not maintain regular business hours and may not always be staffed.

Burien
To ensure staffing availability, all original concealed pistol licenses (CPLs), renewals and late renewals are done by APPOINTMENT ONLY - Click the button below to schedule an appointment. Lobby hours are Mon - Fri, 9 AM-12 PM, 1PM-3:00 PM. Renewals can be processed as long as the expiration date is within 90 days (before or after) the current date. Please note that the only acceptable forms of payment at the precinct are check or money order.
Concealed pistol license appointments
Fingerprint services are not offered at this location.
SeaTac
To ensure staffing availability, renewal and replacement concealed pistol licenses (CPLs) are done by appointment only. Please note that the only acceptable forms of payment at the precinct are check or money order.

Filing Accident Reports
Washington State Accident Report forms are available outside the front door of the Burien Station at any time or at the SeaTac Police Department during business hours. Forms should be completed by anyone involved in an accident that was not investigated by a deputy and that resulted in damages more than $1,000. This form should be fully completed and mailed to the Washington State Patrol at the address listed on the form.

Obtaining Police Records

Community Room
The Burien Station has a 50-person capacity community room available for use by the public by reservation only. Call 206-477-2200 for inquiries and reservations.
