ADVISORY: King County Elections to Conduct Logic & Accuracy Test for November 2025 General Election on Thursday, October 9

King County Elections will perform the county's official Logic and Accuracy test on ballot counting and processing equipment at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 9, at the King County Elections office, 919 SW Grady Way in Renton

King County Elections does Logic and Accuracy testing prior to every election to ensure that the tabulation system is accurately programmed to count votes. 

Accessible voting units (AVU) will be tested earlier in the day to ensure each AVU prints voter selections accurately. Test ballots printed from AVUs will be included in the official Logic and Accuracy test at 1 p.m.

Ballots will be mailed to voters on Wednesday, October 15 and voters should have their ballot in hand by Monday, October 20. If their ballot does not arrive by October 20, voters should call King County Elections at 206-296-VOTE (8683).

Election Day is November 4.
