ADVISORY: April Special Election Logic & Accuracy Test Tomorrow
King County Elections will perform the county's official Logic and Accuracy test on ballot counting and processing equipment at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 27, at the King County Elections office, 919 SW Grady Way in Renton.
King County Elections does Logic and Accuracy testing prior to every election to ensure that the tabulation system is accurately programmed and accurately counting votes.
Accessible voting units (AVU) will be tested to ensure each AVU prints voter selections accurately will be tested at 9 a.m. Test ballots printed from accessible voting units will be included in the official Logic and Accuracy test at 1 p.m.
In this countywide special election, ballots will be mailed to voters on Wednesday, April 2 and voters should have their ballot in hand by Monday, April 7. Election Day is April 22.
