Joining forces
A collaborative of 10 hospitals and health systems and Public Health – Seattle & King County have joined forces to identify the greatest needs and assets of the communities they serve and develop plans to address them. Working together they can leverage their expertise and resources to address the most critical health needs in our county.A shared approach to community benefits avoids duplication and focuses available resources on a community's most important health needs.

2024/2025 CHNA Report
Overall rates of food insecurity and uninsurance remained stable after the COVID-19 pandemic-related federal and state assistance ended, though disparities by race, place and identity persist.

2021/2022 CHNA Report
The 2021/2022 report presents community identified priorities, a detailed description of the community, analyses of data on life expectancy and leading causes of death, and a review of levels of chronic illness throughout King County. In addition, this report provides a profile of the King County Medicaid beneficiary population as well as quantitative information about additional community health topics.

2018/2019 CHNA LGBTQ Community Spotlight Report
This spotlight on the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) population of King County is a special addition to the 2018/2019 King County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). In this section of the report, we examine the health inequities affecting the LGBTQ population, in particular for youth and young adults, as well as provide information about community health needs.
