Up to $11,000 for repairs for people in manufactured home parks or on leased land

Eligibility

• Owner lives in manufactured home
• Have household income at or below 50% of King County median
• Do not have more than $20,000 in assets except for home equity
• People with a disability are exempt from the asset limit

Emergency Grants

Up to $9,000 to address urgent or life-threatening conditions

• Own and live in home
• Have household income at or below 50% of King County median
• Do not have more than $20,000 in assets, except for home equity
• People with a disability are exempt from the asset limit

Home Accessibility Modification Grants for Renters

Up to $11,000 renters for things like wheelchair ramps, shower conversions, door widening, audio smoke alarms, grab bars and transfer lifts

Eligibility

• Special needs household member
• Household income at or below 80% of King County median
• Rental unit must meet HUD affordability guidelines
