“Though it was disheartening to see Drainage District 5 taxpayers betrayed through this blatant theft of public funds, I am glad to see the truth come to light and the guilty parties being held accountable for their actions. My deep gratitude goes out to our local law enforcement, including the FBI, IRS Criminal Investigation, and Enumclaw Police Department for investigating this case and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for bringing it to justice.”
