Metropolitan King County CouncilmemberPete von Reichbauer will host a Mobile Town Hall meeting on identity theft that will include free document shredding on Saturday, May 11 at the Federal Way Farmers Market.

“As we’ve done in the past, we will be holding another shredding event at the Federal Way Farmers Market,” said von Reichbauer. “Bring as many documents as you would like to shred. There will also be information available so our neighbors know what they can do to protect themselves and prevent their private information from being compromised.”
Seadrunar, a secure document disposal company, will have a mobile shredding unit on site. Residents are invited to bring old, unnecessary documents to be destroyed. Members of the public will be able to see their documents shredded “live.”
