Updates, services and referrals

  • We have a new website! Take a moment to look around.
  • We are merging our Mobile Medical Van and Street Medicine Programs starting April 2, 2025.
  • Our new model will have 3 medical teams that both provide street-based outreach and hold scheduled “anchor” clinics at drop-in centers, shelters, food banks, and other homeless service settings.
  • Each team consists of a combination of some or all of:
  • MD or ARNPs
  • Registered Nurses
  • Outreach Workers
  • Medical Assistants
  • Our program name is officially changing to the Street Medicine Program.
  • Our monthly calendar for fixed sites will look different but we're still able to do a lot of the same things.
  • Starting April 1, you'll see us around King County in smaller vehicles. Our large medical clinic RVs have been officially retired.
  • In January 2025, we partnered up with REACH to start providing medical services out of their Belltown office at 2133 3rd Ave, Seattle 98121. We are in the process of hiring permanent staff for this team with the goal of providing care 4 days a week. Currently, we are aiming to provide services 2 – 3 days a week from 10 am to 2 pm. Please contact us to confirm clinic dates and times as it's subject to change daily depending on staffing levels.
  • We no longer offer dental services. Here are some dental resources:

Sites and available services are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check frequently and press the Refresh or Reload button on your web browser to ensure you're viewing the latest version of our schedules.

  • Wound care and foot care
  • STD, HIV and hepatitis C testing
  • Birth control
  • Medication for opioid use disorder
  • Naloxone and overdose prevention training
  • Vaccines
  • Care for acute and chronic conditions

We can also help you connect to:

  • A regular doctor's office that can provide follow-up care
  • Harm reduction services
  • Behavioral health and substance use counseling
  • State medical insurance
  • ORCA lift transportation
  • Referrals to shelter, food, benefits, and more
