Timelines for the competitive track and council track can be found below. Grant timelines are estimates and subject to change, please check back.
2025/26/27 Competitive track timeline
The 2025/26/27 cycle will be a 2-step application process that starts with submitting a Letter of Intent. After the 2025/26/27 cycle, the next competitive grant cycle will open for applications in Fall 2027, with funds awarded in 2028.
| August 19, 2025 | Grant cycle opens. To apply, fill out a Letter of Intent form on the online grant portal. To learn more, attend an information session or office hours, or watch a recorded information session. |

The 2025 Council track is a 1-step application process. After the 2025 cycle, the next Council grant cycle is anticipated to start in mid-2026, with funds awarded in late 2026 or early 2027.
