This report provides detailed information on electoral, planning and administrative districts and designations. As with eReal Property, searches can be conducted by address, parcel number or condo name as well as links to many other King County or local jurisdiction resources. Parcel Viewer search results and the eReal Property Report each link to the Districts and Development Conditions Report.
Recorded documents (deeds, plats, surveys, etc.)
The King County Recorder's Office is able to record documents pertaining to property definitions and ownership. Certain documents from 1991-present can be viewed online. The eReal Property Report links to the relevant documents on this site.
