e-Filing and Case Access Portal Help
You can use the King County District Court (KCDC) e-Filing and Case Access portal to:
- Search for and view case information for cases filed in KCDC
- Respond online to citations/tickets
- Electronically file documents for KCDC cases
You must register for a user account. If you are a party to a case, you also will need a "token" to access your case details.
Accessing the portal

To use the e-Filing and Case Access portal, you must first register for a free portal account.
- New PROSECUTING ATTORNEY accounts must be requested from the court by contacting kcdcefilinghelp@kingcounty.gov.
- User accounts are NOT required for online fine and ticket payments
- Go to the portal Citations or Tickets screen
