Public meetings
The Coal Creek project team hosted an online meeting from 5:30 to 7pm on July 14, 2021 to provide a project update, and collect input on options to improve accessibility at the Red Cedar Trailhead.

The Coal Creek project team hosted two in-person meetings to share project information and respond to community questions. The May 15, 2019 meeting was held at the Lewis Creek Visitor Center and the May 29 meeting was held at the Newcastle Library.

Accessibility for remote meetings
On July 26, 2020 our nation celebrated the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act into law. Learn what King County is doing to provide equal access to employment, transportation, housing, education, health care, recreation, and community life.
