Libby manages the District 3 team and staffs Councilmember Perry's key priority areas.  Libby brings a decade of policy, advocacy and team management experience to the team. Libby started in public service as a Legislative Assistant for Cyrus Habib. They served East King County’s 48th Legislative District. Most recently, she served Chief of Staff to Habib in the Office of Lieutenant Governor. She has a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies from the University of Washington. Libby enjoys working on her vegetable garden, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Isabel manages Councilmember Perry’s external communications, community engagement, and responding to constituent concerns. Isabel brings their experience in public interest communication and community outreach. They studied Journalism & Public Interest Communication and Political Science at the University of Washington. Before coming to the county, they worked as a senior research associate and communications manager for the UW Racial Restrictive Covenants Project. Isabel grew up moving between Manila, Philippines and Issaquah, Washington but has called Issaquah home for over a decade now. They enjoy hip-hop dance, all sorts of music, and haunting coffeeshops.

Robby supports the management of Councilmember Perry’s policy portfolio and key emerging issues, including transportation, land use, natural resources, climate, arts, and culture. Robby knows District 3 well, having served as Councilmember Perry’s Campaign Manager. Robby has a background in tech, working as product manager for a government tech company. He had the opportunity to work with federal agencies and local governments. This inspired him to pursue a career in public service. Robby graduated from New York University. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants with his friends.

Mason is a lifetime Eastside resident and University of Washington alumni who brings experience in both the public and private sectors as well as community organizing and advocacy. As Legislative Aide, Mason is responsible for managing the daily functions of our D3 office along with having a portfolio focus area for our team that aligns with his interests and the D3 priorities. Mason is passionate about the impact local government can have on people’s lives. He enjoys community service, getting around on his bike, and spending time with his family. He really cares about making the world a better place. He’s raising his 9-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son in Bothell with his partner Laisha, and enjoys being a youth sports dad.
