Request childhood vaccination clinics

Childhood immunization clinics for south King County community-based organizations and schools.

Are you interested in offering childhood vaccines at an upcoming event?

Public Health may be able to connect you to a healthcare provider who can help! These clinics are for children ages 0-18.

Populations served

Healthcare partners will vaccinate children ages 0-18 at your event.

Events must either:

  • Take place in zip codes with a Social Vulnerability Index (SVI) of 0.6 or higher. SVI scores tell us which communities are most at risk during health emergencies, like disease outbreaks. Almost all zip codes with an SVI of .6 or higher are in south King County.
  • Take place in zip codes with SVI scores below 0.6 and exclusively serve the following groups of children:
    • Children experiencing homelessness
    • Recently arrived immigrant and refugee children who don't have a medical provider
    • Uninsured/underinsured children

Vaccines offered

  • COVID-19 vaccines
  • All vaccines required for school and child care. This includes DTaP/Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), hepatitis B, MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), polio, and varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.
  • When possible, other childhood vaccines. This may include HPV, meningococcal, and flu vaccine.
  • Limited vaccine available for uninsured adults, while supplies last.

How to request a vaccine clinic

Use the Mobile Childhood Vaccination Clinic request form. Public Health will review your request. If we are able to meet your need, a partner organization will then reach out to you to start planning the clinic. A few important notes:

  • When possible, please try to submit requests at least one month before the clinic date, preferably earlier.
  • We do our best to match a healthcare partner to an event whenever possible. However, partners may have limited availability.
