ORCA LIFT, a reduced transit fare that can help you get more out of your public transportation system.
Your ORCA LIFT card provides you with a reduced transit fare on select regional transit systems throughout the Puget Sound area. ORCA LIFT cards will also work with transit agencies not offering a reduce rate, but at the full adult fare.

Enroll for health insurance and ORCA LIFT cards
If applying for health insurance, you will need to know your birth date, social security number, and annual income before taxes and deductions. Legal immigrants will need to supply a passport, alien, or other immigration numbers.
