Important note to potential applicants:

As of January 1, 2026, the Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) will manage most funding opportunities/solicitations in Agiloft, rather than ZoomGrants.

To access funding opportunity materials or submit an application in DCHS Agiloft, your organization must have:

• A Provider Profile

• At least one staff account

Only legal entities who have submitted a completed King County W‑9 form can create an Agiloft Provider Profile. If you plan to apply with a fiscal sponsor, the fiscal sponsor must apply using their own Provider Profile.

Please note it may take up to five (5) business days to activate a Provider Profile. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate profile creation as early as possible to avoid delays.
