Superior Court Clerk System Replacement Project News
SYSTEMS DOWNTIME ALERT
The King County Superior Court Clerk’s Office will replace our E-Filing application on November 12, 2024. Beginning at 4:30pm Friday, November 8, 2024, you will not be able to submit new filings or submissions through the E-Filing application.
Below is a timeline of what to expect starting Friday, November 8:

E-Filing Training Opportunities
Due to the high level of interest, the Clerk’s Office is adding an additional E-Filing Public Webinar.
All three webinars will cover the same information. There is no need to attend more than one session.
If you are currently registered for one of the originally scheduled webinars and would like to switch to the new one on November 1st or need to cancel your original registration, you can do so using the link in your registration confirmation email.
If you try to register for a session and cannot because it is at capacity, please select a different date.

The Clerk’s Office will publish instructions and host public webinars before and after launching the new system. These resources will guide customers on how to navigate the new E-Filing features in the portal. E-Filing training materials will be posted to the Superior Court Clerk’s Office website on 11/01/2024.
