Family Law Motions Calendar

Effective April 12, 2021, you may immediately reserve a spot on a calendar by going to https://superiorcourt.kingcounty.gov/famlaw/scheduling/calendar. A "Notice of Court Date" form will be generated automatically when you complete the process. You are required to file this form with the Clerk's Office.

When choosing your hearing date:

  • You must pick a date that is at least 14 calendar days after the date you file the Notice of Hearing.
  • For Summary Judgment Motions, you must pick a date that is at least 28 calendar days after you file the Notice of Hearing.
  • You must complete and file the List of Submitted Documents form

  3. E-file the Notice of Hearing. You may also submit in person at one of our locations.
