Civil bench warrants

Please forward the original warrant, order for the warrant, and $109.00 check payable to the King County Sheriff. Additionally, we require a completed Civil Warrant Progress Information Form. Fees for warrants issued under RCW 7.105, Civil Protection Orders, are waived. You should note that the statewide system will not permit us to enter the warrant without the defendant’s complete and accurate date of birth; we are unable to accept your warrant without this information.
When the defendant is booked, you will be contacted via the contact information (phone, voice mail, or e-mail) that you provide to our office.
Acceptable payment methods
- Cash
- Check or Money order
- Check or money order should be made payable to "King County Sheriff." No 2nd party checks are accepted
- ACH (eChecks) and Debit/Credit cards will be accepted ONLY at the King County Courthouse (516 Third Ave, Seattle) Location
- Fee for ACH (eCheck) payments - flat fee $1.00 per eCheck processed
- Fee for Credit/Debit cards - 2.35% of the total due, with a minimum fee charge of $2.00
