A Preliminary Short Plat Application establishes conditions to subdivide land into 2 to 4 (rural) or 9 (urban) legal building lots.
A Pre-Application is not mandatory, but it is recommended as a valuable opportunity to understand and learn more about what will be required at the time of a preliminary plat or short plat application.
