What is the Climate Justice Learning Series?

The Climate Justice Learning Series aims to provide a professional development opportunity to King County staff and community centered around:

  1. Developing a shared understanding around climate justice
  2. Building an advocacy and policy change vision and skills
  3. Honoring traditional and cultural knowledge around sustainability
  4. Building participants' self-efficacy toward leadership efforts in community-driven climate policy
  5. Creating access to resources, funding, and decision makers
