Eligibility for KCADP
Must be a resident of King County
Your address will determine eligibility. You must live in King County to be eligible for KCADP. Those experiencing homelessness or unsheltered are eligible for KCADP.
Not eligible for Apple Health (Medicaid/Insurance) due to citizenship requirements
You must be ineligible to get health insurance (Apple Health/Medicaid) in Washington State due to citizenship status. This includes residents who are undocumented, Deferred Action Childhood Arrival (DACA), and residents who have a green card but don't meet the 5 year residency requirement. Individuals with visitor visas or students are not eligible.

Your income must be less then 317% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL):

How to enroll
Call the Community Health Access Program (CHAP) at 1-800-756-5437. They will screen you for the program and if eligible you'll be enrolled into the KCADP.
What happens after you're approved
You'll be enrolled into the KCADP and scheduled for dental services at one of the following locations: Mobile Dental Team event, Public Health Center, Community Health Center, or other dental providers. You'll be assigned to a dental home where you'll get all your covered dental services at no cost. Your eligibility will be determined annually.

- Periodontal (gum disease)
- Root canal (front teeth only)
- Dentures/partials
- Oral surgery
