TB is common throughout the world. This includes any country other than the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or a country in western or northern Europe.
Do you have a health condition that weakens your immune system? Are you a person living with diabetes?
Ask your doctor about testing and treating inactive TB. Even if you are healthy, inactive TB can turn into TB disease.
