Client Outcomes Reporting Engine (CORE) Support

King County’s Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) uses the Client Outcomes Reporting Engine (CORE) as a way for providers to submit individual-level data about the participants they serve to DCHS. For some programs, like DDECS Adult Services and Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) providers, this includes billing data.
