Today the Metropolitan King County Council confirmed the reappointments of Auburn residents Larry Gross and Dave Saunders to the Lake Geneva Management District Advisory Board. Both are being reappointed to three-year terms, with Mr. Gross’s term expiring on June 30, 2024 and Mr. Saunders’s term expiring on June 30, 2023.
“Dave is a founding member of the Management District and Larry is a current board member on the Lake Geneva Property Owners Association,” said Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer, who represents Lake Geneva on the King County Council. “Both are long-time Lake Geneva residents who care deeply about protecting the water quality of Lake Geneva and believe the health of the lake is of paramount concern.”
The Lake Geneva Management District is administered by the King County Water and Land Resources Division with assistance from the Advisory Board. The primary goals of the District are to preserve lake water quality and public health status, prevent future invasive aquatic plant infestations while managing current infestations, manage aquatic debris, and educate and involve the Lake Geneva Community.
