Metropolitan King County Councilmember Rod Dembowski, chair of the Council’s Committee of the Whole, today announced the committee’s schedule for discussion and possible action on Motion 2018-0266, legislation that will discuss the allocation of the revenue raised by the Lodging Tax, better known as the Hotel/Motel Tax.

The committee will hold its first meeting Monday, July 30 at 10:00 a.m. No action will be taken at this meeting.

The committee will hold a second meeting on the motion on Wednesday, August 29 at 9:30 a.m.

If needed, the committee will hold a third meeting Wednesday, September 5 at 9:30 a.m.

All the meetings will be in Council Chambers, 10th Flr. King County Courthouse. 516 3rd Ave. Seattle

The Committee of the Whole is the only committee on which all nine councilmembers serve. It considers issues of interest to the entire council.
