Summary
Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC) is issuing a Request for Applications from interested and qualified community based and partner organizations to provide interest in and capacity to distribute harm reduction supplies in King County, both to focused populations and to the general public. The purpose of this RFA is to get information from Community Based Organizations providing harm reduction services in King County to understand their needs, goals, and barriers in providing harm reduction resources. Upon receiving this information, PHSKC will strategize and follow-up with eligible agencies on the process to receive no cost harm reduction supplies from the King County Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution (KCOEND) Program & Supply Clearinghouse to distribute directly to people who are using substances or people who are at high risk for an overdose.
