Summary
As part of the effort to prevent infant mortality, and to ensure all families are healthy and thriving, Public Health–Seattle & King County (PHSKC) is requesting applications from community-based organizations to provide services in conjunction with and to collaborate with the Infant Mortality Prevention Network (IMPN). The mission of the IMPN is to eliminate the effects of systemic racism on infant mortality rates across King County among communities shown to be at the highest risk. In King County, the communities include African American, Native American, and Pacific Islander families.

Pre-application conference
Public Health – Seattle & King County will conduct a pre-application conference for this RFA. This conference will be an opportunity for interested organizations to hear more about the program and to ask questions about the program and/or the application process.
