Rhonda Lewis comes to the District 2 team as a veteran public servant. Her public service career began in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she worked in the office of the City Clerk and the Office of the City Manager. Upon relocating to Seattle, she worked for a large multi-national technology company before returning to public service. She served many roles with the City of Tukwila, culminating there as City Administrator, before joining King County as Chief of Operations for King County Executive Dow Constantine. Rhonda was an inaugural member of the Councilmember Girmay Zahilay D2 team. Rhonda is an alumna of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Business Education and a Master of Business Administration degree. In addition to serving as Chief of Staff, Rhonda’s focus areas are:

Graciela Nunez Pargas

Graciela Nunez Pargas brings her extensive community organizing and advocacy experience to her role on the King County District 2 staff. She has served as a community organizer for electoral campaigns, as well as a union organizer for Teamsters Local 174 and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 775. Graciela interned with the Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO and with the Washington DC Office of Senator Maria Cantwell. She has also worked as a legal assistant, aiding asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants who were victims of crimes. Graciela’s District 2 assignments include:

- Immigrant and refugee matters
- Elections
- Wastewater treatment
Linda Phan

Linda (she/her) was born and raised in South Seattle. After graduating from Garfield High School, she moved to Southern California to pursue a bachelor's degree in Politics at Pomona College. Prior to her involvement with King County, she served the City of Seattle through the Seattle Youth Commission and the Department of Early Education and Learning. Linda's work in District 2 involves:

Fedilla Kassa

Fedilla is a second-generation American from East-Africa, born and raised in West Seattle. She lived in Egypt for a few years before returning to America and moving to Bellevue. She graduated from Interlake High school and is a current student at the University of Washington in Seattle, pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Human Rights. She is very involved in her community, and participates in numerous advocacy campaigns. She sits as the chair of Tigray Professional Network Pacific Northwest Chapter and mentors high school students through the college admission process. Fedilla works as an intern in the District 2 office and her work involves:
