King County Metro Neighborhood Pop-up brings Metro information, ORCA card services and more to customers throughout King County.
Currently, our in-person service is inactive as we are undergoing system and equipment upgrades. We anticipate resuming our in-person events in late summer 2024. Please check back for more updates.
In-person pop-up
Currently, our in-person service is inactive as we are undergoing system and equipment upgrades. We anticipate resuming our in-person events in late winter 2024. Please check back for more updates.
During an in-person pop-up event, our Metro team will:
- Provide assistance with:
- Getting a new Adult ORCA Card.
- Getting a new Senior and Disabled Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFPs).
- Replace lost or damaged cards.
- Adding fare products and value to existing ORCA cards.
- Provide guidance on how to best use an ORCA card.
- Answer questions about the regional transit system.
- Provide information about new Metro services.
- Listen to feedback and share it with Metro planners.
- Partner with community organizations to bring additional services to you.
Virtual pop-up
Virtual pop-up events are informational sessions that offer opportunities for new riders to:
- Get familiarized with ORCA cards and Metro services
- Learn how to use regional public transit
The live virtual events are hosted by Metro's customer service experts who can answer questions related to your transit needs.
For individual attendees, please check the schedule for the next pop-up session.
Community organizations are welcome to request a customized virtual event that meet your needs and goals.
Please note: During the live virtual events, we are not able to review and process applications for reduced fare cards nor sell and reload ORCA cards. Please call Metro's Customer Information Hotline at 206-553-3000 for further assistance.
