Jeannie grew up in District 6 and her first job, as a Pony Ride Leader at Kelsey Creek Farm, was the beginning of her long career in public service.  She has spent most of her career at King County and has worked extensively in organizational development, planning, and program management in the health, housing, and criminal legal systems. Most recently, Jeannie was the Director of Operations at the Office of Performance, Strategy and Budget.  As Chief of Staff, Jeannie is responsible for managing staff and issue development generally. Her focus areas are criminal justice, environment, budget, and staffing the Regional Water Quality Committee and the Committee of the Whole, which Councilmember Balducci chairs.

Professionally, Blake has served as a facilitator, advocate, researcher and consultant on local, regional, state and federal transportation planning and policy, as well public outreach and stakeholder projects involving land use, water resources, and public works issues. He provides support for the District 6 office, issue development across Councilmember Balducci’s policy portfolio, and staffs her on a range of King County Metro, Sound Transit and Puget Sound Regional Council matters. Additionally, manages external communications.

Ashley manages Councilmember Balducci’s calendar, correspondence and oversees to the day-to-day of the office. Ashley also staffs the Councilmember on the Eastrail Regional Advisory Council, 4Culture Advisory Board, and Isan Bellevue, a Japanese Legacy Project remembering the history of the Bellevue farmers of the past. She enjoys her work on restoring heritage, public art projects, social justice and loves the arts. Formerly, Ashley served on the Edmonds Art Commission where she resides and is an inspired watercolorist. She also enjoys volunteering at Graphite Arts Studios in Edmonds and loves all animals especially her dog, Cooper.

Madeline has worked for the people of East King County for 10 years, including working on campaigns and as legislative assistant to former State Representative Joan McBride. She serves as Councilmember Balducci’s community liaison, working with constituents who need assistance and building relationships in the community. In addition, she assists Councilmember Balducci on health, housing, homelessness, and human services policy.
