After a collision
King County employees who are involved in a vehicle collision while driving a county-owned vehicle should look in the glovebox for the Vehicle Incident Instructions packet.
Breakdowns during business hours
If a county vehicle breaks down during normal business hours, please call either the Georgetown or Renton shop for assistance.
Breakdowns after business hours
If a breakdown occurs after regular business hours, including holidays or weekends, call the primary towing company closest to your location and make arrangements to have the vehicle towed to the closest Fleet shop. Click here for list of 24-hour towing providers.
- The Georgetown shop is located at 707 S. Orcas St., Seattle
- The Renton shop is located at 155 Monroe Ave. NE, Renton
If you arrange to have a vehicle towed to one of the shops, please call the shop and leave a voicemail to explain the circumstances.
