Leasing opportunity

King County is soliciting information from interested parties for a lease of approximately 160,437 square feet airside at King County International Airport (KCIA) located at 8201 Perimeter Road S, Seattle, WA 98108. The Leasehold currently has a warehouse that is approximately 36,072 square feet, two small corporate-size hangars that are approximately 5,056 square feet each, and a small office and storage area that is approximately 5,158 square feet. The leasehold is exclusively available for non-commercial aeronautical use, with a preference for long-term ground leasing and redevelopment. Interested parties should demonstrate how the parcel will be used for non-commercial aeronautical use, and how their operations will benefit the airport and local community, while supporting King County’s 2025 Strategic Climate Action Plan.
