Girls in Aviation Day planned for September 20

King County International Airport-Boeing Field is a proud sponsor of Girls in Aviation Day on September 20. This 11th annual event will take place at KCIA as well as Harvey Field in Snohomish. Activities will run from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The hands-on day is designed to inspire, empower, and connect youth ages 8 to 18 with the world of aviation. The event will include aviation-themed STEM and STEAM activities, facility tours, and keynote speakers.

Girls in Aviation Day backpacks and Girls in Aviation Day T-shirts will be available while supplies last.
