Request for Information (RFI) issued for leasing opportunity

King County is soliciting information from interested parties for a lease of approximately 171,096 square feet airside at King County International Airport-Boeing Field (KCIA) located at 7675 Pe­rimeter Rd. S, Seattle, WA 98108. The leasehold is exclusively available for aeronautical commercial or non-commercial use. The hangar is available for occupancy September 1, 2024.

Interested parties should submit a statement of in­terest and qualifications before 5 p.m. Pacific time on June 28, 2024 to King County Facilities Management Division, Real Estate Services, ATTN: Gil White, Gil.White@kingcounty.gov
