Suppliers must register with King County as an E-Procurement Supplier to gain full access in the supplier portal to download attachments and submit a response to any solicitation. Information on registering with King County as an E-Procurement Supplier, as well as resources to assist with navigating the supplier portal, can be found at this link.
After registration, use this link to sign in to E-Procurement.
Once you complete E-Procurement Supplier registration, you will be able to apply for one of the following Rosters.
Architectural and Engineering Consultant Roster
Consultant roster RFPs are not advertised to the public, rather, approved Certified Firms are invited to propose on architectural, engineering, and professional services contracts that have an advertised value of $1,000,000 or less for all phases. The County defines a “Certified Firm” as a business that has been certified by King County Business Development and Contract Compliance (BDCC) as a Small Contractor or Supplier (SCS), or by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) as a Combination Business Enterprise (CBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Women’s Business Enterprise (MWBE), or Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
Small Works Roster (construction)
These construction projects are valued at $350,000 or less and are not publicly advertised. Usually, five or more contractors from the Small Works Roster are invited to bid. Contractors are rotated on the list to ensure equal opportunity to bid.
