This funding opportunity will allot up to $100,000 for one organization contract over the period from October 15, 2025 to September 30, 2026. The application may include sub-contracted partners, but one organization must serve as the lead or backbone contractor.

Pre-proposal conference

Public Health – Seattle & King County will conduct one pre-proposal conference for this RFP. This conference will be an opportunity for interested organizations to hear more about the program and to ask questions about the program and/or the proposal process.
