Equity Response Team
Request for Applications (RFA): Pre-announcement posted August 14, 2024
Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC) is pleased to announce that we will soon be releasing a Request for Applications (RFA) for community members interested in joining its Equity Response Team (ERT). We will be recruiting up to four community members to join the team.
The ERT is a working group dedicated to assisting (PHSKC) programs, teams, and leadership in addressing the intersections between racial equity and social justice and public health practice, strategies, and/or services. The team does this through thought partnership, guidance, and support. ERT members have represented different areas of subject matter expertise and/or lived experience to include civil rights, LGBTQ2S+, youth, community, faith, including tribal members and a bioethicist, as well as city and county staff.
