The Haz Waste Program permits users to post links to outside websites where photos or more detailed descriptions of items may be found. The Haz Waste Program has no control over the content to be found on any of these websites. Users should exercise extreme caution in visiting any website with which they are not personally familiar. The Haz Waste Program and any of its officers, officials, agents and employee assumes no responsibility for any consequences associated with visiting a website through a link at the IMEX website.
The Haz Waste Program is not involved in actual transactions between users. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you agree to release the Haz Waste Program and any of its officers, officials, agents and employee from all claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of IMEX.
Geographic Requirements
The Haz Waste Program will only accept listings from the Pacific Northwest. Specifically, this means that listings will be accepted only from Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington (EPA Region 10).
Participant Requirements
It is the policy of the Haz Waste Program not to act as an advertising medium for industrial materials re-sellers. This includes, but may not be limited to: industrial material brokers, liquidators, wholesalers, and/or retailers.

Listing Content
The Haz Waste Program will not post listing requests that:
1 Potentially explosive chemicals are chemicals that over time oxidize, form peroxides, become contaminated, dry out or otherwise destabilize to become potentially explosive when subjected to heat, impact, friction, detonation, or other suitable initiation.
