Participate in Open Enrollment: Nov. 1–15
Take a fresh look at your benefit choices and the changes for next year. Make sure you have the right coverage for your needs, keeping in mind how you use health care, and whether you’ve had any changes in your health or family situation.

- Consider changing to one of the lower cost medical plans; the Kaiser SmartCare and Regence KingCare Select plans have lower deductibles, copays, and Spouse Benefit Access Fees.
- You can also save money by participating in a Flexible Spending Account, which must be elected each year.
