Request for Information (RFI) issued for leasing opportunity

King County is soliciting information from interested parties to lease corporate hangar space at King County International Airport-Boeing Field. There are two separate hangar buildings available. Each hangar building is airside and subdivided into two separate hangar spaces. Hangar A, located at 6771 Perimeter Rd. S, Seattle, WA 98108, is approximately 44,272 square feet. Hangar B, located at 6801 Perimeter Rd. S, Seattle, WA 98108, is approximately 45,786 square feet. These hangar spaces are available for commercial or non-commercial aeronautical uses.

King County is looking for interested parties that provide the greatest economic benefit to the airport and local community, as well as advancing King County's goals under its 2020 Strategic Climate Action Plan. Interested parties should submit a statement of interest and qualifications before 5 p.m. Pacific time on August 30, 2024 to King County Facilities Management Division, Real Estate Services, ATTN: Gil White, Gil.White@kingcounty.gov
